Wartburg Theological Seminary offers the following online courses for the upcoming academic year. These courses are intended primarily for students in our Distributed Learning Programs for the Master of Divinity, Master of Arts and Master of Arts in Diaconal Ministry. Non-Wartburg Seminary students are also invited to take these courses.
Unless noted, all courses are 3 semester hours each and go for thirteen weeks (twelve weeks of instruction and a one week break) during the fall or spring semester. Cost for each course depends on whether you are a Distributed Learning student or not. For 2013-2014, costs for a 3-credit course will be the following: $1,735 ($1,635 tuition, plus $100 online course fee) only if an admitted Distributed Learning (DL) M.Div. or M.A. student following the prescribed sequence; or $2,230 ($2,130 tuition, plus $100 online course fee) for a non-Wartburg or other part-time student. Tuition and fees are to be paid prior to the start of the course. For courses less than 3 credits, the cost will be calculated based on $710/semester hour ($545/semester hour if in the Distributed Learning program), plus the $100 online fee.
Please contact the WTS Registrar if you have questions and to initiate registration. For non-WTS students, registration for the fall semester online courses normally takes place during late July to August, and registration for the spring semester online courses normally takes place during late fall (December to early January).
