Information for the 2013-2014 academic year will be filled in as it becomes known...

Summer 2013 Greek Language Program [On-Campus]
The Schools of Theology of Dubuque (Wartburg Theological Seminary and the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary) provide an intensive five-and-a-half week on-campus course in the Biblical (koine) Greek language as preparation for the Master of Divinity degree program. This summer program is held on the Wartburg Seminary campus and provides the equivalent of one year (8 undergraduate semester hours) of Greek language study. The 2013 program will be held Monday, July 22, through Wednesday, August 28, 2013, and includes an opening worship service and orientation program on the evening of Sunday, July 21. For more information on the program, see the brochures below, and contact the Wartburg Seminary Registrar, Kevin Anderson, for registration. Tuition is $2,440, which includes the $100 non-refundable tuition deposit required to pre-register.

Fall Semester 2013
The following documents give the Fall Semester 2012 course schedule.  Pre-registration for returning on-campus students is May 6-10, 2013. Registration for most new students takes place on September 3rd of Prolog Week or during that week. Please contact the Registrar (Kevin Anderson) if you have questions. Unless noted in the schedule, courses run from September 9 through December 13. Prolog Week is September 3 through 6, with most students completing a required one-hour course, and begins with a campus worship service on the evening of Labor Day, September 2.

January Interim 2014
The course offerings for the January Interim of 2014 are still being finalized; a preliminary course listing will be available soon (typically in late April or early May).  Please contact the Registrar if you have questions.  Non-Wartburg students should contact the Registrar (Kevin Anderson) directly about registration possibilities as soon as possible. Wartburg students should read the pre-registration instructions and turn in a preference form to the Registrar as directed by October 15. Students interested in a travel trip should contact the Registrar as soon as possible to insure that a spot is available.  Unless noted in the January schedule, all courses will run for three weeks out of the four weeks from January 6 through 31, 2014.

Spring Semester 2014 is scheduled to run from February 3 through May 16, 2014, with the first week set aside for an Interim Debriefing (Feb. 3) and a Spring Prolog Week course (Feb. 4-7)..  Commencement will be Sunday, May 19, 2014.  On-campus Wartburg Seminary students will pre-register the week of December 2-6, 2013, with final registration during the week of February 4-7, 2014.

Requesting Transcripts
Transcripts can only be requested by a written, signed personal letter, with payment enclosed as a check. Transcripts cost $15 each.

The request letter should clearly indicate who you are (your name now and, if different, your name while a student, the degree earned, the year you graduated or attended the seminary, plus your date of birth). Please provide the complete address(es) for the recipient(s). If you are requesting a transcript to be mailed to you, please indicate whether this should be in a sealed envelope suitable for your giving to another school or person as official or if this transcript is for your own use.

Mail your signed request letter and payment check (paid to Wartburg Theological Seminary for the appropriate amount) to the attention of the Registrar at the address below. Thank you.
