 Allen resides in The Woodlands, Texas and attends Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church. In his congregation, he has served as Call Team Chairman and has served on the Church Council as Vice President and President. Allen is the proud father of Lauren (9) and Erica (7) and is serving his second year on the Wartburg Theological Seminary Board of Directors.
What has serving on the WTS Board of Directors meant to Allen?
Serving on the WTS Board has given me a opportunity to apply my gifts to the service of the Church. When I was asked to serve, I was discerning "what's next?" in my professional and personal life. This is an important task and I have found it to be challenging and fulfilling.
