Transcripts can only be requested by a written, signed personal letter, with payment enclosed as a check. Transcripts cost $15 each.
The request letter should clearly indicate who you are (your name now and, if different, your name while a student), the degree earned, the year you graduated or attended the seminary, plus your date of birth. Please provide the complete address(es) for the recipient(s). If you are requesting a transcript to be mailed to you, please indicate whether this should be in a sealed envelope suitable for your giving to another school or person as official or if this transcript is for your own use.
Mail your signed request letter and payment (check paid to Wartburg Theological Seminary for the appropriate amount) to the attention of the Registrar at the address below. Thank you.
