January Interim Cross-Cultural Opportunities
Wartburg is committed to cross-cultural theological education where students and faculty together broaden their experience and understanding of the breadth of God’s love in Jesus Christ.  Taking place during the January-Term, students are provided a variety of domestic and international opportunities. Students who register for these courses are eligible for cross-cultural travel subsidies, an expression of Wartburg’s commitment to cross-cultural education.

Global Seminary Exchanges
Wartburg annually welcomes students from partner seminaries and churches abroad.  Wartburg students also have the option of taking a year of study at seminaries in Europe. Exchange opportunities are currently available with Menighetsfakultet (MF) in Oslo, Norway, and Augustana Hochschule  in Neuendettelsau, Germany.  For additional information, follow this link.  2015-02 WTS International Exchange Options

Cross-Cultural Internship Opportunities
Wartburg students with faculty approval may apply to the ELCA Horizon Internship  program, which offers domestic and international cross-cultural internship opportunities.

Global Life Together
Life Together at Wartburg is informed by the work of both the student-led Global Advocacy Committee and the faculty-led Globalization Committee.  Both committees offer opportunities, leadership, and advocacy regarding global commitments.
