Master of Arts (M.A.) Distributed Learning Program
Wartburg offers a distributed learning opportunity for students choosing to complete a Master of Arts degree. This option could appeal to those currently serving in a ministry setting or for those who, for a variety of reasons, may choose to study at a distance. The program combines online coursework (through either live interaction in the classroom through video streaming and online forums) and on-campus intensive classes (one intensive per semester) where students and faculty participate in community both online and face to face throughout the course of study. Normally, students will complete the Master of Arts degree in two years.
Wartburg Theological Seminary is a member of SARA (State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement) which provides us with authorization to provide our distributed learning programs in many states. As you discern potential enrollment through distributed learning, please let us know so that we can be sure that we have time to use due diligence to acquire authorization/licensure in your state of residence, if necessary.
