Wartburg Theological Seminary

Since 1989 the Hispanic Scholars Program has supported the development of Latine/Hispanic and non-Latine/Hispanic students, faculty, administrators, and clergy in religious studies and theological education through our programming in Education, Mentorship, Professional Development, and Public Scholarship.

The Hispanic Scholars Program seeks to heal divisions in the Latine/Hispanic community, build bridges with non-Latine/Hispanics, and empower the next generation of Latine/Hispanic leaders. We achieve our mission through programming at the intersection of Latine/Hispanic community, culture and history and religious studies and theological education.

At the Hispanic Scholars Program our objective is to expand the educational and leadership opportunities of all who are committed to Latine/Hispanic community, culture, history, and religiosity through our programming. We achieve this through programming in the categories of Education, Mentorship, Professional Development, and Public Scholarship.
