The Vice President for Finance, Operations & Human Resources (VPFO/HR) serves as a key member of the President’s Cabinet and provides strategic leadership for the Seminary’s financial operational, and human resource functions. This role ensures fiscal integrity, operational effectiveness, and alignment with the Seminary’s mission and long-term sustainability, while serving as Treasurer to the Board of Directors and a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Director for Certificate Programs

The Director for Certificate Programs is responsible for providing oversight for all certificate programs at Wartburg Theological Seminary. This includes the Classic TEEM [course-based], and Journey Together/Caminenos Juntos [competency-based TEEM]. This position works collaboratively with the Department of Vocation and Formation, the Academic Department, and synods to support Wartburg's mission and to direct all aspects of Wartburg's certificate programs.
