Doug Rothgeb, Master of Divinity Contextual Learning Student is constantly amazed by the leadership, educators, and staff at Wartburg. Wartburg’s ability to bring students together from all over the world into a close-knit community is an experience that he feels no other Seminary can match. Working in his church and attending classes and activities online have been a true blessing for Doug, his family, and the congregation he serves.
Doug has been overwhelmed by the care and support from faculty, staff, and other students at Wartburg. Doug felt the compassion of everyone at Wartburg during the pandemic. Even though he and many other students had not stepped on campus he felt like an active and thriving member of the campus not only as a student but also as a welcomed and accepted peer as he pursues his Contextual education requirements for ordained ministry.
